The Packages

Package 1: Identity and Address verification.

This check reveals whether the applicant is who he or she claims to be.

Personal data.
Addresses, past and present.
Business or professional licenses and their validity, current status and expiration date.
Work permits, driving license status.

Package 2: Past Employer References.

We recommend this verification to any employer, as we can hereby confirm some of the most crucial information the prospective employee has given you in his CV or during the interview:

Previous employment dates (Also all the posts occupied in a same company).
Position the candidate claimed to have had previously in a company.
Job title.
Reasons for termination.

The employment references report will be limited to the information volunteered by the previous employer(s). We will also check any director listings if/when applicable. We will ask relevant questions and as a team of experienced interviewers we will get as much information as possible.

The employment references will be conducted by telephone with the applicant’s prior signed consent faxed to us and/or to the previous employers. If you require written employment references we will be happy to provide those as well.

Package 3: Personality / Character Verification.

This service is a verification of the applicant’s personal references included on his or her CV application. In our opinion, this should be a mandatory process with any hiring you are doing. This comprehensive survey attempts, through detailed questioning, to construct a picture of the individual as perceived by his or her character references:

Key personality points.
Management style.
Value system.

Similar to employment references, the character reference check is performed by telephone, with the applicant’s prior signed authorization faxed to us/or to the referee.

Package 4: Education verification.

This service will confirm the potential employee’s education claims:

Have the exams been taken and the degrees been obtained?
Do the dates match with reality?
Exchange student program.

For the junior profiles, we are checking the good progress of the trainings with the master of trainings and companies. We recommend strongly this service because we have more than one time met situations where the studies mentioned on a CV had been not followed in fact by the candidate. The forgery of diplomas is of an easy access via the current technologies and only a process such as Doctor Chexs allows to check it.
